Look how many close games the Chargers have lost this year. Is it just "bad luck"? Its not. Its the difference in effort and execution. Teams literally learn how to lose.
I have seen this movie before. Norv is a fine offensive coordinator but a terrible head coach. Guys simply dont play for him.
