Anyone doubting this need only watch his ride last out on Cops Fever, where he gets the horse in a senseless 3 horse duel. Tomorrow, he cuts backs a 1/16, moves from the 10 hole to the rail, and is (probably) the only speed in the race. Normally, this would be an IDIOT PROOF SITUATION (IPS). But, since Luzzi is up, I'm not so sure. I'll be damned if even the IPS' are getting more and more difficult these days.
