He won, and was claimed, but in his next start against $35,000 open claimers, he lost his action on the turn. He somehow managed to regain momentum, but looked horrible physically in the stretch even as he was getting to the winner.

Based on that and based on the fact that he was now dropping into a $14,000 claimer, I tried to beat him today at 4-5. He lost his action on the turn AGAIN and had to be pulled up.

It might not be serious, but this is an injured horse that has been allowed to run multiple times this meet.
