If you owned a champion horse, that was eligible or you thought capable of winning a BC million dollar plus race, would you want a jockey (understood a ledgend) that has been retired (various reasons) to have your horses fate in his or her hands?
Not to mention, what distance and surface would you hold the race at? It seems that they have everything covered, even things that shouldn't be covered they have races for.
But then again, this is the BC we are talking about. They would probably like the idea and make a day out of it.
