I would like to see an exact definition on what he is looking to do. But my iniatial thinking is that he is walking on very thin ice. Basically you would be punishing people who do pay their mortgage on time. Why should some people be able to renegotiate? There would have to be some sort of incentive for people paying their mortgage, otherwise everyone would try to renegotiate. Seems sketchy, I need to hear more.
