So have a doctor drill a small hole in each cheek
bone, inject warm saline through the hole into the
sinus blowing out all the green crap jellified in
all those nooks and crannies.

The green stuff will blow out thru your nostrils.
Save this for a delicious broth to go with your
tonsils when those are removed and boiled.
Add dandruff and toe calluses to taste.
