You are missing the fact that the Red Sox are not very good. You need to be a good team to make the playoffs in the AL. Their bullpen is atrocious and their starting pitching is equally as bad. Toronto is likely to catch them. They are done. Put a fork in them. White Sox and Twins fight it out for one spot.
