I have a friend who swears that acupuncture, of all things, really did the trick on his hay fever allergies. I guess since allergies are about your body reacting to things that aren't really threats as though they were threats and acupuncture is about getting your body back in proper functioning order it makes some sense. I don't know; I've had my back pain treated with acupuncture but I've never tried it for allergies.
