Belmont carryover P6 appeared well on it's way to being hit Wednesday when Glenn DiSanto's 61-1 bomberoo sent sextet plunkers home happy in the nightcap. $200k to start, so expect pot to swell to $750,000 today. Unfortunately, the 4th and 5th races are off the turf...
At Santa Anita meanwhile, one intrepid player took down the whole Oak Tree C/O to the tune of $500,000+ despite 2 $20.00 winners and a $30.00 horse in the finale. California... I don't know how they do it, but it doesn't seem possible with $48, $192 or even $576 tickets...
