Victoria by turning their races into a world wide product created a hell of alot of money that flowed on to the clubs eg with a million dollar up grade of the track this year & a increase of prize money by 7% I think prizemoney for the cup alone is now up to 5 mil.

Perhaps you should let CDI in on this as the Derby is as healthy as any event in our sport yet the main product is slipping and competition from other states is going to even further erode the racing especially at CD itself. Tracks like Philly Park, Presque Isle, Indiana Downs and Hoosier park may not have the prestige of CD but with the added slots money they ARE competition yet these dopes are so arrogant and fixated on bs like this they cant even see the ship is taking water, really fast.
