I see the reason he chose her, but the extreme stuff is gunna be a heavy weight to pull. Independent voters aren't that keen on the highly religious stuff(they'd already be Republicans if they were.)

Frankly, I'm most interested in a statement I heard on CNN yesterday Paul Mc...whatever (former Clinton advisor) said that while she was Gov, she cut state aid to families with "special needs" kids from 12 million to around 3 million...if true, that's a HUGE issue for me, especially after standing on the platform and announcing to parents with "special needs" kids that they would have a friend in the White House if elected. Don't know if true but he's usually pretty good with his facts! Yeah, she has such a child...but she can afford the special care...will be interesting to see if this is true...much bigger deal than selling the jet on e-bay (not), or opposing the bridge to nowhere and returning the funds (not).
