If you took your head out of your ass, you (and some of the other 'tradionalists' on this board, who basically accept the standard **** without complaint) might realize that SAR (and BEL) has TWO turf courses. It's amazing what two courses and creative use of RAILS would do in a situation such as the present. Unfortunately, NYRA lacks the ability to get creative.

We wouldn't want to ruin the courses for all those FALL workouts, would we?

BTW, it was raining last night, yet they still managed to get that football game in. Go figure.
You're convienently overlooking the safety issue of running on extremely wet and soft turf, especially with 2YO's. Do you ride your bike much in the rain? Doubt it.
