Last season especially, he and GM Tannembaum completely mis-read how god-awful the offensive line was (which they obviously have taken steps to fix), and not one guy on that team over-achieved. Faneca is a beast, I still have no clue how the Steelers let him get away. He should help the O line for sure, maybe be able to help along the younger players like Mangold along, being a vet.
