Prelims should be live online.

Finals will be live on NBC tomorrow night.

Looks like NBC had some serious pull. Traditionally prelims are in the morning and finals at night in the same day. In Shanghai prelims are at night and finals the following morning.

So around 5 a.m. eastern prelims start and 9 p.m finals in prime american time.
