I may post a FLakes selection page some day. I'd vary from Steve's format because I would identify a "least likely" horse. With my handicapping skills, or lack thereof, you could say that would be the "best value" pick for you.   |
Sorry to throw water on your idea (especially because of how much I'd like to see the Flakes succeed considering the amount of time I spent there as a youngster) but you realize that when a pick 3 pays more than a pick 4 it's because people are NOT playing the track? There was one winning ticket on the pick 3 and three on the pick 4, skewing the payoffs in small pools.
