I may post a FLakes selection page some day. I'd vary from Steve's format because I would identify a "least likely" horse. With my handicapping skills, or lack thereof, you could say that would be the "best value" pick for you.
Sorry to throw water on your idea (especially because of how much I'd like to see the Flakes succeed considering the amount of time I spent there as a youngster) but you realize that when a pick 3 pays more than a pick 4 it's because people are NOT playing the track? There was one winning ticket on the pick 3 and three on the pick 4, skewing the payoffs in small pools.
