NYRA has NEVER been able to stream it's VIDEO on line. NEVER. Sound, YES, At one time. Video, NO.
NYS Wagering board has some regulatory issue that HAS PREVENTED NYRA from streaming their program. EVER.
Anyone with a "BRAIN"
would realize if they could, they would.
