Phoenix Tower looks to have the strongest credentials, but everything could be thrown up in the air if we get the weather we are expecting tonight and over the next few days. If the weather forecasters have got it right, we are likely to see the Eclipse run on VERY soft ground.
The news seems to be right about Rio, as this was his supposed target and he isn't there.
