i think there are enough repeat offenders out there to draw attention...if racing isn't serious about
them, i can't imagine why they would decide to hound someone who has always been clean. that makes NO sense. that would be like ignoring the guy weaving all over the road, beer cans flying out the back, because this OTHER guy, who's never even got a speeding ticket is heading down the road right now. let's go after him.
