The odds that the feds will do a better job is less than zero especially considering they have no intention of actually regulating anything. Perhaps you believe that Mr. and Mrs. Whitfield deeply care about a business that they have had no ties or connection to and intend on "fixing" it out of their love of horses. Some of us dont.
