Lackey struggles 2 starts in a row,and Halos fail to take advantage of the A's loss.3 starters sharp,and 2 starters not sharp(WEAVER,LACKEY.)Got to get all 5 going by September.Bud Black,get the video machine,and get the mechanics fixed.
