The Japanese culture isn't an excuse making culture. If you don't know that go and spend some time in Japan. If you don't think the american culture is an excuse making culture you must not live in america. There is an excuse for everything. People take out big mortgages they can't afford and it is not their fault it is the banks fault. People get in accidents while talking on cellphones and it is the cellphone companies fault. American society is the society of excuses.
