I'm looking at BB to win for $200.00 and possibly $100.00 exacta on BB and Denis of Cork. If I win, that might cover summer air-conditioning and one tank of gas.

Put it all on the BB- Casino Drive Exacta. All $300. Personally I am boxing the two for $200 and hoping Casino Drive wins and it pays in the $20 range.
Denis of Cork and all the other are too slow to beat either Casino Drive or Big Brown.
Big Brown and Casino Drive are a lock to run 1-2 with a 15-20% shot CD beats BB.
If you are someone who bets really chalky horses, which I am not, try a 3 horse parlay. Benny the Bull, Indian Blessing, Big Brown. $300 might get you back $1000.
