Not so well this year..but not bad.... era of about 3.6 So what happens? Out of the blue he gets sent down....and a Wedge player is called up. Elarton.  
 
Elarton is about 78 years old and is coming off an arm transplant. No one else wanted him.

His first relief appearance was to come in a game clean with the scored tied 3-3.He made it through the inning giving up only 3 runs and we lost 6-3.

 That was quite comical.  Elarton stunk when he was good.  HE had a serviceable 2005 as their 5th starter.  That was the end of his career...or at least should have been.  I had no idea Lewis got sent down.  I agree he has not been very good this year, but he has been much better than Betancourt who has completely imploded with another episode blowing the game yesterday.  Odd goings on with this team this year.
