Congrats...You was due (jus kid'n ya.) Let's take this moment to give credit to his ability to get the horse to rate. I'd say like 9 out of 10 cappers must have assumed the horse wouldn't rate. So, that being the case, shouldn't we have a way to avoid this assumption when this rider is in this similar situation. A way to remind one's self. I think from here on, I will reward this ability to get a speed horse to rate by using the following descriptive phrase:
