How many jurisdictions will use it? How soon? Still to be determined. The most important thing racing can do is to have the ability to freeze samples for years, thus allowing you to scare the hell out of trainers who realize that the newer drugs have no testing ability. HGH use is all over the place in sports such as "clean football" but they don't test for hit so its not a surprise. If racing had frozen samples and big time bans you could go a long way in cleaning up the sport. But how many people want to? There are guys in NY who are overcoming the detention barn now. More needs to be done.
