It would have forced Gomez to move sooner than he would have liked, but you don't have much choice at that point in the race. Once in a while you will see horses still win after getting passed at that point, but it doesn't happen often.

It was just awful but you saw the ride like I did so I guess you know that.
Its not like i wake up each day hoping the little twerp will give a bad ride I can talk about you know? I wish he would just ride well. But he really gives rides like that one about once a day and its just plain unprofessional to be so stupid. Really dislike the man, I really do. I can see now why he got into so much trouble.
