Go check out ESPN.com, soccer is among the individual sports that you can click on at the top of the screen. Horse racing is in the "More Sports" section. Why is that? And don't tell me it's because it's an international website.. I'm pretty sure the vast majority of people on that site are Americans.

When is the last time a newspaper had a story on soccer. NYC papers dont count because very few people who live there are actually american. When was the last time ESPN had a sportscenter at a Soccer game? When was the last time Soccer was the lead sports story on the news? I know a lot of guys who follow English league soccer, none are American. Soccer has virtually no following of Americans because there is almost zero exposure here. There is a reason for that.
