Discreet Cat and Invasor
I know that results from Dubai (including DC's destruction of Invasor) are highly questionable this year.
I know this conversation has been had before.
I know he has only run 3 times in his life, and his soundness is highly questionable.
But,
Every time Invasor wins another of these classic-division graded stakes races I just can't help but wonder.....how good was/is Discreet Cat? Did we miss out on what could have been some spectacular Discreet Cat-Bernardini or Discreet Cat-Barbaro battles this year because of the way this colt has been handled?
It seems like we might never know.
