Remember that Free throws are as much mental as anything. You can shoot a million in practice but with the game on the line it is a different story. They were shooting about 75% up until the last minute of the game. I think they were something like 12-16 or something like that. They just choked when it mattered. On the other hand, KU was 14 for 15 93% for the game.
