If Andruw had signed with St. Louis or Milwaukee,then I would say he had a chance at 31HR. Traditionally,the Dodgers are a team that other pitchers seem to want to pitch well against(partly due to it being a team with decent starting pitching...=they know they have to keep the score down.) Either it's that or we just sign ****.
