New York Governor Eliot Spitzer resigned on Wednesday, and now New York’s horsemen and breeders are faced with the possibility of losing millions of dollars. The state’s Thoroughbred industry could encounter procedural slowdowns stemming from Spitzer’s alleged involvement in a prostitution scandal.
