I would like to formally protest the 10 minute before the race rule....I was all over Harmony Hall and couldn't change my pick on here because it was TOO late....bogus rule...We should be able to change up until post time because the edit button will show when you edited it, THUS you can correlate that with the DRF/Equibase sheet which has the time the gates open
