That's news to me too. What I partcularly love down there is they pay out exactas in terms of DOLLARS
YET
you can't make a DOLLAR exacta bet --- only a BOX
so everything OVER the favorite (in most races) pays just a few dollars more that what it would UNDER the favorite
in other words: NO PRICES
