Odd Central Park Barbaro Memorial

Very odd story in NYC where controversial artist Daniel Edwards, in concert with the Leo Kesting Gallery and as part of a 'Barbaros Law movement', are placing a statue/memorial in Central Park. Somewhat horrifying image below depicting 'Barbaro's inability to walk'... as well as 'Smoothie', a Carriage Horse killed last year.
