But to be upset with him for expressing his personal views is wrong. It was a personal view, not the view of the university.
While he can say what he wants and believe what he wants, if the University wants to do something to him for it they have every right. It's the same as a teacher who recently got fired at a Catholic school because they found out she had an abortion.

This University, or school in the case of the teacher pays the bills, and if they want to take action they can do so.


Majerus is going to have a heart attack within the next 2 years, so I think they should just let him be.
