The same goes for basketball. I don't think he's wrong in saying that. I also agree that football is more of a year round game in the South because of the weather factor. I wouldn't agree that there are more black people in the South to get athletes from though. I would say that it's just more likely that you would find Southern athletes that play football than you will in the North.
