Umm Steve? Its an FN Non Profit corp. with millions tax liabilities and crys the blues that it needs capital. It's not someones personnel nickel that they invested, took capital risk and are taking a shot to avoid using pre tax dollars.. Big difference IMO... BTW perhaps your boys took you to play golf? How did you play?
