Yeah, I think that is the case with him.
He kept having these minor problems over and over again as far as I'm aware. Nothing serious, but they still kept him from racing when he was struck with them.
He has gone to a very powerful stable though, and he should do fairly well over hurdles if he is able to transfer his ability from the flat. Many useful horses don't manage to do that though. Mountain being an obvious recent example.
