I think we all know deep down Hatton is up against it, but I just hope and pray he can beat that big mouth Mayweather. His personality isn't what anyone really wants to see in sport.

He DOES need to be brought down by a peg or two (hopefully more).

Hatton is very relaxed about this and what he says is very tongue-in-cheek. Mayweather is going around like he has already won the fight. I dislike that kind of arrogance in anyone in sport.

Ofcourse i will be cheering on the euro fighter, but not just because i'm a european. Hatton is a real grafter with an abbundance of stamina. He is the sort of boxer who could go ten rounds non stop and still have a bit left at the end. I'm not convinced Mayweather can do that, I don't think he is able to throw punches as frequently as Hatton can (and will).

Someone said the Mayweather can fight up close. Sure, he might be able to do that and do it fairly well. However, i've seen no one in the world who fights close up better than Hatton. I think Mayweather could be floored if he thinks he can match it up close with Hatton. Mayweather is a thinker though, he knows he would be under pressure if he did that.

Mayweather is favourite and probably deserves to be, but i can't help the fact that i do not like his attitude and i really hope Hatton floors him tonight.

It isn't a fight where anyone can be surprised, whatever the result. I would prefer Hatton to win, ofcourse, but i won't be surprised if he doesn't.

The fight is about 4am our time and is costing £14.95 (so about $30), so there is next to no chance of me being able to see it.
