That was the most impressive maiden win I've seen probably this year. Just like you said, for Borel to take him wide and to choose him over a Nafzger colt, and a good looking one at that, says a lot about what Borel thinks of the horse. Throw in the fact that his connections (who don't usally go out and spend 250,000) just bought him as a 2 year old in training says something as well.
By the way, hes currently 125-1 at the Wynn.
