Saying someone is "a better prospect than The Green Monkey" isn't exactly saying a lot.
I think there are a BUNCH of horses that are a better value at $10,000 than T-berg. Hell, Point Given is now standing for $15,000, and while he certainly hasn't dazzled as a sire, I definitely think he would be worth the extra 5 grand.
Obviously each individual mare's best match is different, but if you want to find an inexpensive sire inbred to Mr. P, I think there are a lot better options than a horse like T-berg who seems relatively weak in terms of pedigree and on-track performance.
