Bed pan, walker, and internet wagering always available.
Chuck can have his stable out back and use his electric wheel chair to see how Cherie and here daughter, who'se now taken over is doing training SWLY third generation.
Scavs in the player club auguring with BTW about a horse or a race.
Seriously, I think it would be a great idea.

how about the retirement home right on chuck's farm? we'd have animal therapy on the property. for those still able and wanting to, they could do some of the barn work.
