There's a problem with every course, Belmont has the quirky start for the 1 1/4 Classic; Churchill can't run a 1 1/4 turf race, Santa Anita will have problems with the Dirt Mile, etc.

So what your saying is that there is a problem with the "size" of the track? But I do remember them runnig miles on the dirt a Saratoga a few years back.. The same way they run the 1 1/4 at Belmont. That quirkey mid turn start.
