Distance Question
Where is the distance starting point in a race for distant measuring purposes? Do they measure from point A on the rail/hedge to point B on the rail/hedge to get the distance of the race? Or do they use some other starting point and ending point? In races on the grass, do they change the starting point when the rail is out 9' or 12' or whatever feet?
