I agree with you regarding the banning. I hope we see something more.

But I have no sympathy for the vet. The vet is at the mercy of the trainer only as far as losing that client goes. I've fired an over-the-top client or two over the years (much to their amazement and disbelief that that can occur

A client can ask, but the vet has to say, "yes" or "no". You are solely responsible for your own professional line in the sand. It's your professional license, and, "but the client told me to" is ludicrous and pathetic defense.
