If you think so, tell me an available college coach right now who'd be doing a better job with the talent Charlie Weis has.

Let me show you something. The Dodgers are managed by Grady Little Ability...O.K....Now,last year, they went on a huge losing streak right after the allstar break. This year, they went on a big losing streak during the 1st 2 weeks of August. That's not just a freak coincidence. He can't get men to produce. So,this team is gunna struggle as long as this guy is calling the shots, and not correctly motivating a bunch of guys who have the talent to win atleast 7-10 more games than they have....He has the talent. He can't manage at this level. This fat ball at Notre Dame can't get it done either.Maybe he can in the pros.Pete Carrol didn't have much success in the pros, but something about the college game fits him.Don't tell me he had a good program. When he took that job, nobody wanted that mess that Paul Hackett left.He didn't take a long time(like you're requesting we give this guy.) S.C. started getting better(slowly ,but each year much better.)This N.D. team is going the other way(under this guy.)I don't care(either way,)but I know this guy can't cut it.I don't think it's always about who could do better. You can't let a loser stay in charge of men.You move them out until somebody does the job.
