Earlier this year, Magna entered into a partnership with Churchill Downs Inc. to form TrackNet, which buys and sell simulcast signals. As part of the agreement, Churchill purchased a 50 percent share in HRTV."

Magna's share will undoubtly get bought by Churchill, as Xpressbet will also, and hopefully Tracknet will be dissolved.
According to PaceAdvantage, there is a conference call going on today between Scott Daruty, CEO of Tracknet; TVG's David Nathan; a Bloodhorse reporter, Ron Geary who owns Ellis Park, Sean Alfortish, head of the La HBPA, and Betovernetcapper, who is representing the players.
