First of all, I don't think anybody is suggesting that it was a "crime."
Secondly, to say that MMSC's response is "what drives the racist mentality" is, quite frankly, absurd. The picture is a racist, offensive caricature, and MMSC's response was intelligent and articulate.
As for TheSpyder, he came on here and apologized, which I give him credit for doing. A lot of people can't admit to making mistakes....even on the internet. It takes a big person to do that, and he did it without any BS. I think we all know that he didn't mean anything malicious by it, and as far as I am concerned, the matter is over.
