In my opinion, with an obvious exception to Randy Moss, he was the most talented college football player I'd ever seen, and while Va Tech lost the national title game -- he put on a show against a very tough FSU defense.

That is 4 fumbles while running the ball, not counting the ones in the pocket. It is a lot. He may be a great openfield runner but that does not make him a good QB.
