Tough to disagree here, Cleveland and Buffalo come to mind on cities just getting the shank in terms of sports. The Bills losing 4 Super Bowls, the Sabres getting hosed in the Cup by Dallas...
Cleveland, the Indians sucked for so long, no one even went to the old stadium, were basically an ace away from a World Series title from 1995-2000, but management wouldn't go out and get one. The Browns left town, then reincarnated as the worst run professional sports team ever.
Tim Couch. Butch Davis. Art Modell. Then got buzzards luck and ran into the Spurs in the NBA Finals this year. Pretty shi*ty.
PS How nasty was the Indians lineup in say 1996/1997/1998?
